{"id":5152,"date":"2025-07-07T00:41:41","date_gmt":"2025-07-06T16:41:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/suaratimur.com.my\/?p=5152"},"modified":"2025-07-07T00:44:55","modified_gmt":"2025-07-06T16:44:55","slug":"had-makan-durian-3-ulas-sahaja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/suaratimur.com.my\/?p=5152","title":{"rendered":"Had makan durian 3 ulas sahaja"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>PETALING JAYA \u2013 Ramai tidak sedar, seulas durian yang kecil sebenarnya boleh mengandungi jumlah kalori dan gula yang hampir menyamai satu mangkuk nasi putih bersama air manis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public Health Malaysia (PHM) memaklumkan, walaupun durian hanya dianggap sebagai buah, hakikatnya, kandungan kalorinya adalah tinggi dan perlu diambil secara sederhana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSebagai contoh, seulas durian Musang King mengandungi 59 kilokalori (kcal) bersamaan kira-kira dua sudu teh gula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVarieti Kradum dari Thailand pula lebih tinggi iaitu 74 kcal atau dua setengah sudu teh gula, manakala durian kampung mencatat 29 kcal iaitu kira-kira satu sudu teh gula,\u201d jelasnya menerusi hantaran di Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurut PHM lagi, pengambilan empat hingga lima ulas durian premium boleh menyebabkan jumlah kalori dalam badan menyamai hidangan berat seperti sepinggan nasi dan minuman manis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jelasnya, untuk individu dewasa yang sihat, dua hingga tiga ulas sehari sudah mencukupi manakala mereka yang menghidap diabetes, tekanan darah tinggi atau masalah buah pinggang disarankan mengehadkan kepada hanya seulas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPilihlah varieti kurang manis seperti D24 atau durian kampung, dan elakkan makan bersama makanan berat atau kuih manis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDurian bukan musuh, tapi bila dimakan secara berlebihan, ia bukan lagi nikmat, tapi beban,\u201d katanya. &#8211; Kosmo<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"xs_social_share_widget xs_share_url after_content \t\tmain_content  wslu-style-1 wslu-share-box-shaped wslu-fill-colored wslu-none wslu-share-horizontal wslu-theme-font-no wslu-main_content\">\n\n\t\t\n        <ul>\n\t\t\t        <\/ul>\n    <\/div> \n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PETALING JAYA \u2013 Ramai tidak sedar, seulas durian yang kecil sebenarnya boleh mengandungi jumlah kalori dan gula yang hampir menyamai satu mangkuk nasi putih bersama air manis.
