Padahal bukan \u201cnasi\u201d yang buat kita kalah. Selalunya yang buat kita tewas ialah pilihan jenis beras dan portion yang tak sedar-sedar makin besar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beras bukan semua sama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yang beza ialah serat, jenis kanji, dan tahap \u201cmelekit\u201d bila masak. Lagi melekit, selalunya lagi mudah bagi lonjakan gula, lagi cepat lapar semula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalau anda sedang cuba kawal gula, pilihan yang lebih selamat biasanya basmati, parboiled, atau beras perang. sebab ia cenderung lebih perlahan naikkan gula berbanding beras yang sangat lembut dan melekit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalau anda nak kenyang dan lawas, beras yang ada serat lebih tinggi macam beras perang memang banyak bantu. Tapi satu perkara orang selalu lupa, nasi paling \u201cbaik\u201d pun akan jadi berat bila lauk kita manis, berlemak, atau minuman sekali bergula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk turun berat, fokus utama masih sama.<br \/>Suku pinggan nasi, tambah protein, tambah sayur. Itu kombinasi yang buat badan rasa cukup, bukan sekadar tukar jenama beras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalau anda ada diabetes, prediabetes, atau sedang jaga berat badan dengan serius, berbincanglah dengan doktor atau pegawai dietetik di klinik.
